Latin

Inquantum opifex in forma unius uidet unum unius essentialis, facit deos mundanos illius partis; inquantum ens unius essentialis, facit angelos in eadem parte; in quantum uidet unum entis unialis, facit demones ibi; inquantum esse entis unialis, animalia ibidem facit.

Line-end hyphenation in the OCR (farmer1998:16595-16598) is not reproduced in the Latin field.

English

To the extent that the maker sees, in the form of the one, the one of the essentially one, he makes the worldly gods of that part; to the extent that he sees the being of the essentially one, he makes angels in the same part; to the extent that he sees the one of the one-like being, he makes demons there; to the extent that he sees the existing of the one-like being, he makes animals in that same place.

'unius essentialis' and 'entis unialis' are coined technical genitives; 'esse' is rendered 'existing' to keep it apart from 'ens' (being). The 'inquan-tum' break in the Latin is silent OCR line-hyphenation (farmer1998:16601).
