Scholarly Significance
Page 27 — immediately before the elephant/bellua page (p.28). The reader's identification of 'funerali' elements connects the monument to death and memorial, which in alchemical reading can represent the nigredo (blackening/death) stage. The word 'Simbole' shows explicit awareness of the HP's symbolic register. This page-pair (27-28) represents a transition from architectural to alchemical reading that is spatially preserved in the annotations.
