Thesis 3>23
English
Substantial forms belong to the second world in the manner accidents do, while accidental forms belong to the first world in the manner substances do. Corollary: the first world contains no white thing, only whiteness, just as the second world contains no fire, only what is on fire.
'first world'/'second world' = the intellectual nature / the rational-animate nature; includes the corollary printed with this thesis; sense checked.
