I bought Goodman Welder his hovel which is in the yard of the house next me which I bought of Mr Mark Perpoint. I gave him a new angel, and 5 new shillings: and he is to have more 55, that is 205 in all: and if I cannot compass to enjoy the house, then he is to take his hovel, and restore the money.
