EB The house bought. Be it remembered that on this 21 day of May I bargained with and bought of Mr Mark Perpoint of Mortlake that next mansion house with the plate and all the appurtenances about it 321i, as the said Mr Perpoint of late had at the last court day bought it, and had surrender unto him made of Thomas Knaresburgh eYe., about 2 of the clock after noon, before Jane my wife in the street. I gave him a suffron noble in earnest, for a drink penny. Mr Hawkins of London at that instant came to have bought it.
